• Schedule: 13-week assignment -- 1 Saturday visit every 6 weeks
• Caseload: 28 - 30 units per week expected with available patient load
• Setting: Home health visits for adult patients
• EMR: HomeCare HomeBase
• Minimum 1-2 years therapy experience required
• Home health experience required
• Start date: May 2025
• Territory coverage includes multiple regions

Per week (based on a 40-hour week). Includes estimated taxable wages of $23.00 - $40.00 per hour and estimated tax-free reimbursements for meals, incidentals, and housing of $900 - $1,400 per week based on GSA guidelines (subject to eligibility, location, and seasonal adjustment).
