Witham Health Services is a 52-bed licensed facility located in Lebanon, Indiana, just 25 minutes northwest of Indianapolis along I-65. Serving Boone County since 1917, Witham moved to its modern facility in 2003. We offer a comprehensive range of on-site specialties, including Adult and Family Medicine, Allergy and Sinus, Cardiology, Endocrinology, ENT, General Surgery, GI, Infectious Disease, Nephrology, Neurology, OB/GYN, Orthopedics, Pain Management, Pediatrics, Podiatry, Pulmonology, Rheumatology, Sleep Medicine, Urology, and Wound Care.
