**Schedule**: Beeper call, 1 to 2 call ratio; 30-minute response time required

**Clinical Details:**
- Inpatient surgical coverage only
- Avg 10 patients per shift, with 4 admissions and 5 phone consults
- 4 patients seen on average per shift
- Call back rate: 10 percent
- EMR: Cerner
- Support staff: 2 RNs
- 11 operating rooms available

**Requirements:**
- Board certified or board eligible in Orthopaedic Surgery
- Active MO license
- ACLS and BLS certifications
- Clean history

**Skills Needed:**
- General orthopedic surgery coverage
- Arthroscopy Preferred
- Total joint replacement (hip, knee, other) Preferred
- Joint revision or repair (shoulder, hip, knee, other) Preferred
- Hand and tendon release/repair Preferred
- Peripheral nerve surgery Preferred
- Spine surgery with and without instrumentation (cervical, thoracic, lumbar) Preferred
- Percutaneous disc surgery Preferred
