**NP / PA - Family Medicine in Beaumont, TX / Full-Time Position**
**With Current Texas Board of Nursing licensure (NP) or Texas State Medical Board licensure (PA)**
Position Summary:
Provide comprehensive patient care within the health system.
Coordinate care with the Medical Director, practicing within the full scope of licensure.
Conduct patient education and ensure timely, accurate documentation per regulatory and organizational standards.
Participate in community events and marketing initiatives representing the health system.
Develop and manage individualized care plans in collaboration with the care team.
Take medical histories, perform physical exams, order/interpret lab tests, and treat chronic conditions.
Work closely with the RN and Medical Director to:
o Ensure follow-up calls are completed.
o Identify additional visits or interventions.
o Adjust/manage medications.
o Educate patients on treatment plans.
Requirements:
Current Texas Board of Nursing licensure (NP) or Texas State Medical Board licensure (PA), or eligibility to obtain prior to employment.
Valid DEA license, or ability to obtain prior to employment.
BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
