**Assignment Details**
- Start Date: ASAP
- End Date: Ongoing
- Coverage Type: Clinic
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8a-5p; no nights or weekends
- Patients per Day: ~5
- Minimum Availability: 2 weeks per month (2-on/2-off model if 2 providers); full-time welcomed
- EMR: Epic

**Requirements**
- Board Certified in Gastroenterology
- Completed GI Fellowship
- Active WA license or IMLC
- ACLS and BLS
- Clean history

**Clinical Details**
- Scope: Inpatient gastroenterology with option for outpatient procedures if desired
- Required Skills:
- Upper GI endoscopy with biopsy, foreign body removal, cautery
- Diagnostic ERCP
- Esophageal dilation and manometry (including interpretation)
- Small bowel biopsy
- Lower GI endoscopy (flexible/rigid sigmoidoscopy)
- Colonoscopy with biopsy and polyp excision
- Not Required: Therapeutic ERCP, EUS, liver biopsy
- Support Staff: 1 RN, 2 MAs, 2 APPs, 8 office staff

**Compensation**
- Rates (capped):
- $350/hr
- $350 Nightly Call/Shift
- $2,500 24hr Call/Shift (3 patient contact hours included)
- $425/hr Call-back
- Malpractice: Provided
- Travel: Reimbursed
