* Located in ***Salida, CO*** - 100 miles to Colorado Springs
* Full-time, permanent opening

A well-established Pain Management clinic in Colorado is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join a busy, collaborative practice focused on interventional pain procedures and medication management. This is an APP-led clinic supported by an experienced interventional pain physician. While prior experience in pain management is preferred, motivated candidates eager to grow in this specialty will be considered and trained.
**Position Highlights:**
* Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and physical exams
* Develop individualized treatment plans incorporating procedures, medications, and lifestyle changes
* Manage patients on controlled substances in compliance with regulations
* Collaborate with the interventional pain physician on procedures and complex cases
* Educate patients on pain management strategies and safe medication use
* Maintain timely and accurate documentation
* Participate in care team meetings and quality initiatives
**Qualifications:**
* Master's degree in Nursing (FNP) or completion of an accredited PA program
* Active and unrestricted Colorado NP or PA license
* Experience in pain management, orthopedics, neurology, or primary care is a plus
* New graduates with strong training and interest in pain medicine are welcome to apply

* Excellent clinical judgment, assessment, and diagnostic skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
* Ability to manage a complex patient panel independently and within a team

**Compensation & Benefits:**
