Position Overview:
Full-time opportunity at a Patient-Centered Medical Home
Access to onsite rehab services, lab, nutrition and diabetes counseling
1:12 call schedule with nurse triage line support
Responsibilities:
Comprehensive adult internal medicine care
Preventive, acute, and chronic disease management
Focus on physical, emotional, and social health
Requirements:
Board Certified/Eligible in Internal Medicine
Active Michigan license or eligibility
Completion of an ACGME-accredited residency
Facility & Services:
