BC/BE Neonatologist to join our dedicated team.

Neonatologist Opportunity at Miami Valley Hospital – Dayton, Ohio In partnership with Pediatrix Medical Group

 

We are seeking full-time, board-certified or board-eligible Neonatologists to join our well-established and respected team at Miami Valley Hospital, home to the region’s premier Level IIIB NICU. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a collaborative, community-based practice that values clinical excellence and work-life balance.

Position Highlights:
  • Coverage of a 60-bed Level IIIB NICU
  • Average daily census of 42 patients
  • Approximately 4,000 deliveries and 950 NICU admissions annually
  • 24/7 subspecialty support readily available
  • Flexible scheduling with 7-week block rotations
  • Call options include in-house or from home, supporting both local and remote living arrangements
  • Affiliated with Wright State Boonshoft School of Medicine – opportunities to teach residents and medical students
  • Open to experienced providers and newly graduating fellows
