Responsibilities

Pediatrix Medical Group is hiring a BC/BE Neonatologist to join our team at Arnot Ogden Medical Center—a well-supported Level III NICU in the heart of New York’s Finger Lakes region.

This is an ideal role for a physician who’s looking to give back to a community, whether by putting down roots or commuting in on a block schedule. With a strong, long-standing hospital partnership and access to pediatric subspecialties, you’ll step into a collaborative environment focused on delivering exceptional newborn care.

Why This Role Stands Out:

  • 20-bed Level III NICU with robust nursing and specialist support
  • Nearly 300 annual NICU admissions, with referrals from surrounding counties
  • Regional perinatal center with MFM support and advanced services, including HFOV
  • Strong, supportive relationship with hospital leadership and staff
  • Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available

Why Elmira?

Elmira offers the charm of small-town living with access to the beauty and adventure of the Finger Lakes—wineries, waterfalls, hiking, skiing, and more. With nearby Corning, Ithaca, and Cornell University, it’s a region rich in culture, cuisine, and community.
