Family Medicine Residency Directorship

Your Next Directorship Opportunity
  • Practice: 60% outpatient clinical care + 40% core faculty/residency teaching
  • Patient Volume: 18 patients per day; 9 patients per day when supervising residents
  • Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8AM–5PM w/ no weekends + flexible scheduling options available
  • Setting: Outpatient; hospital rounding not required, but optional for those interested in inpatient work
  • Call: 1:8 phone-only call + nurses triage all calls first
  • $100,000 student loan repayment + $10,000 relocation assistance + 5% retirement match
