Life in South Florida

In South Florida, everyday life means sunshine and palm trees, vibrant multicultural communities and friendly people, fun things to do, and great food to eat.

t’s also a fantastic place to raise a family. Choose a neighborhood with a long history or one with new construction. You’ll find both public and private schools that graduate some of the best-performing high school seniors in the country. Florida’s Bright Futures scholarship program, funded by the state lottery, pays between 75% to 100% of college tuition for residents with weighted GPAs of 3.0 or higher and 30 service hours by graduation.

Professional Sprts teams in the area include the Maima HEAT, Dolphins, Miamia Marlins and the Florida Panthers.  Culture lovers take in performances at the Kravis Center or Maima City Balltet, South Florida Symphony Orchestra and the New World Symphony....

Need another reason to enjoy the good life in Florida?

How about the fact that there’s no state income tax here, so you’ll end up taking home a little more take-home pay.
