**Full-Time Position**

COMPENSATION:
$195K (Board Eligible) / $205K (Board Certified)
$10K Sign-on Bonus ($5K at offer, $5K after 6 months)

Overview:
Provide primary care to adult patients as part of a collaborative healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose, treat, and manage adult medical conditions, including chronic diseases and HIV.
Maintain a patient panel aligned with quality and productivity goals.
Coordinate care with specialists and other providers.
Complete timely and accurate medical documentation.
Participate in staff meetings, quality initiatives, and peer reviews.
Supervise clinical staff and support trainees as needed.
Follow infection control and organizational protocols.
Qualifications:
MD or DO with completed Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency.
Board Eligible or Board Certified.
Licensed (or eligible) to practice in New York.
Open to J-1 to H-1B visa transition candidates.
Additional Details:
Six-month probationary period.
Some physical activity required (e.g., sitting, equipment use, limited movement).
