Medical Center is seeking a Physician Assistant to join our busy and growing hospital-employed practice in Bangor, Maine. This is an excellent opportunity to work in conjunction with a multi-specialty trauma program. Our team of experienced neurosurgery attendings and physician assistants provide support and mentorship, making this an ideal position for a new graduate.
About the position:
* First assist in the OR
* Pre- and post-operative inpatient care and post-operative outpatient care
* Completed modernization including a Neuroscience Center with a concentration on Stroke and Complex Spine
* Updated facility, operating room, and equipment including a state-of-the-art 3D C-Arm and image navigation system
* Support services include in-house hospitalists, stroke team, neurology, interventional pain, rehabilitation, diagnostic neuroradiology, fully staffed ICU, PICU, and NICU with dedicated intensivists

We are a Level II Trauma Center that offers a full spectrum of inpatient and outpatient services, including a robust, over-45-physician-strong, hospitalist service available 24/7.
