We are seeking an OBGYN to join our established Women’s Health Clinic. We are a 164-bed general acute care hospital and are a comprehensive healthcare facility that provides inpatient, outpatient and emergency department services.

* Clinic Hours: M-F 8a-5p
* Schedule: Flexible - 36 patient care hours
* Call: 1:3 (with FTE and locums support); typically 0-3 calls/day
* Average patients per day (when ramped): 25-30
* Department: 1OB, locums support, Uro for GYN, U/S tech, lab tech, RN support
* No robotics
* 4 OR + 2 C-section suites, 5 LDR beds
* Outpatient therapy support for pelvic floor and other female needs
* Urology and General Surgery support
* Staff is stable and long term
* Deliveries for the team ~300 babies/year
* Visa Support Available

**Compensation Package may Include:**

* Base salary starting at $400K + wRVU production incentive
* Consistent volume in well-supported setting with clear path to production bonus

**Community**
Cleveland is located approximately 2 hours south of Memphis, TN, near the MS River. It's a college town (Delta State University) with a very low crime rate, excellent locally owned and operated restaurants and downtown shops. Cleveland is the 1st, outside of Los Angeles, CA, to have a Grammy Museum. This is due to the heavy emphasis on music and the arts in our community. The Mississippi River is 17 miles away, so hunting and fishing opportunities abound in this area as well. We are a small town with lots to offer!
