* Minimal call with after-hours nurse triage support
* Team-based care model with ambulatory care manager, social worker, pharmacist, and nurse triage
* Rural Health Clinic with flexible scheduling; availability as early as 7:30 AM or as late as 7:00 PM one day a week

**Qualifications:**

* BC/BE in Internal Medicine
