Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Urgent Care Physician to join our established team in West Covina, California"just 20 miles east of downtown Los Angeles. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, team-oriented, and supportive clinical environment focused on growth, learning, and advancement.
Position Highlights
- Diverse practice including urgent care, occupational medicine, and primary care
- In-clinic, inpatient, and outpatient procedures as appropriate to training and experience
- Supervise Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants as needed
- Strong front and back-office support
- EMR: NextGen
- Emphasis on work/life balance in a positive, welcoming atmosphere
- Full-time permanent position
- BC/BE in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Occupational Medicine
- Current DOT certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Minimum 2 years of urgent care experience
- Experience in workers compensation (not required)
- Spanish and/or Armenian language skills (not required)
- Annual Salary: $240,000 " $340,000
- Medical, dental, pharmacy (100% employer-paid for employees)
