Detroit Medical Director Position Available

Center Medical Director needed to join an amazing company in metro Detroit. This is a rapidly growing company of Primary Care centers for adults on Medicare in medically-undeserved communities where there is little to no quality healthcare. Their care utilizes a model that is based on value for its patients, not on volume of services.

The ideal candidate has Board Certification in Internal or Family Medicine.  5+ years of experience in outpatient practice preferred.  M-F.  80% clinical, 20% administrative.  Excellent salary and full benefits.  Experience in clinical leadership roles preferred.  Mission-focused career impacting change and measurably improving health outcomes for medicare patients.  Mission-critical leadership responsibilities, which include setting an example for how thoughtful primary care is practiced, serving as a formal mentor, coach, and advisor to providers.  Follow direction from regional leadership (regional medical director or senior medical director) in collaboration with CMDs in the region to implement regional priorities and reach regional objectives.  Paid vacation, sick time, and investment/retirement 401K match options.
