Now Hiring: Director of Emergency Services – Northeast Houston
Schedule: Full-Time | Day Shift
Setting: 420+ Bed Acute Care Hospital | Level II Trauma Center | 37-Bed ED | 182 Daily Visits

This isn’t just another director role—it’s a chance to lead one of Houston’s busiest trauma centers. With over 180 daily visits and more than 85 dedicated team members, your leadership will drive critical outcomes in patient care, staff development, and emergency department growth.

Base Salary: $127K–$191K + 17.5% bonus potential (up to 150% payout)

Your Responsibilities:
-
Oversee daily operations of a 37-bed high-volume ED
-
Lead 2 Managers, 5 CNCs, and 85+ clinical staff
-
Enhance patient flow, care quality, and satisfaction metrics
-
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
-
Drive strategic growth, staffing, and service line improvements
-
Collaborate with hospital leadership on system-wide initiatives
-
Manage hiring, training, and ongoing team development
What You’ll Need:
-
3–5 years of ED leadership in acute care (Director or Manager level)
-
Experience in a Level I or II trauma center with 50K+ annual visits
-
BSN required; active RN license in state of practice
-
ACLS, BLS, and PALS or ENPC certifications
-
Proven results in operational leadership and team performance
