• Monday through Friday schedule with guaranteed 40 hours per week
• 26 points per week caseload for physical therapy
• Outpatient and home health services in senior living centers
• Five senior living facilities with on-site outpatient gyms
• EMR: HCHB
• Home health and outpatient experience preferred
• Combination of apartment visits and gym-based therapy

Per week (based on a 40-hour week). Includes estimated taxable wages of $23.00 - $40.00 per hour and estimated tax-free reimbursements for meals, incidentals, and housing of $900 - $1,400 per week based on GSA guidelines (subject to eligibility, location, and seasonal adjustment).
