**Locums Gastroenterology Opening in Northern Michigan**
Location: Petoskey, MI
Schedule: Monday Friday, 7:00 AM 4:30 PM
Start Date: ASAP
On-Call: None
Weekends: Not required

**Assignment Details:**
- Hospital-based GI position with both outpatient and inpatient scope volume
- Volume: 18 outpatient procedures / 20 inpatient scopes per day
- Support Staff: 2 Physicians, 2 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), full hospital services on-site
- EMR: Cerner
- On-Site Amenities: Lab, X-ray, full hospital support

**Procedures:**
- ERCP: Required (No exceptions)

**Rates:**
- Hourly Rate: Per hour worked (7 AM 5 PM) - Tell us your Rate!
- Orientation Rate: 50% of hourly rate (applies to training/orientation/modules)
- Holiday Rate: 1.5x standard hourly rate
- Travel: Reimbursed per travel expense policy
- Flight, car, fuel, mileage covered (hotel cap of $150/night including taxes)
- No reimbursement for medical staff fees
- Tax-exempt status: No reimbursement for lodging taxes

**Requirements:**
- Board Certified in Gastroenterology Required
- ERCP Proficiency Required
- ACLS Certification Required
- COVID-19 Vaccination Required
- DEA License Verbal confirmation required
- Michigan State Medical License with CSR Active at time of submission (no exceptions)
- IMLC Candidates: Only considered if start date is 60+ days out and LOQ can be provided
- Background: Clean background with no disciplinary actions (minimal malpractice acceptable)
- Experience: Fellowship-trained with 2 3 years minimum post-fellowship GI experience Required
