A well-established Cardiothoracic Surgery group in West Texas is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Cardiothoracic Surgeon to join a dedicated team. The practice includes 2 experienced Cardiothoracic Surgeons and 2 APPs, serving parts of Southeastern New Mexico, the Permian Basin, and surrounding communities, with a catchment area of approximately 500,000 residents.

**Position Highlights:**

* Join the only Cardiothoracic surgery group in the region
* Shared call coverage between three nearby hospitals (all within 20 miles)
* Dedicated cardiac OR and cardiac anesthesia team
* High surgical volume with complex case mix
* Collaborative team of physicians and APPs

**Qualifications:**

* Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiothoracic Surgery
* Unrestricted Texas Medical License (or eligibility to obtain)
* Previous experience in Cardiothoracic surgery preferred
* Demonstrated proficiency in performing complex surgical procedures
