General Surgery NP/PA Opening in Mason City, IA (Permanent)

Seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a General Surgery team consisting of 2 physicians and 2 APPs.
Full-time, benefit-eligible position; PRN applicants will also be considered.
Mix of inpatient and outpatient responsibilities with a strong focus on surgery and clinic support.
4 6 call days per month.
Salary range: $122,000 $140,000 based on experience.
Includes commencement bonus, relocation assistance, and CME allowance.

Requirements:
Certified NP or PA with surgical experience preferred.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
