Job Description
Salary $350K. $100,000 incentive forgiven over 3 years. 7 FM physicians, 1 doing C-sections, 1 general surgeon and 3 APPs. Some FM giving up OB completely in next few months/year. Surgical OB call would be 1:3. Family medicine call is 1:7. Average of 20-25 patients/day. Average of 95-120 births annually (30-35% are C-section). No ER coverage required - contracted group handles this, unless it is a 'surgical emergency'.
