**Family Medicine Program Director Opening in Montgomery, AL**
Seeking Family Medicine Physician to serve as Program Director.
* Direct the residency program and ensure that accreditation standards are met.
* Create educational activities that support the curriculum.
* Establish appropriate departmental policies.
* Implement recruitment strategies so that a highly successful residency program is maintained.
* Devote principal effort to the management and administration of the residency program as well as to teaching clinical care and research.
**Qualifications**
* Requisite specialty expertise and documented educational and administrative experience.
* Current board certification
* Demonstrated ability as a clinician, medical educator, and administrator, and have an understanding of, and commitment to Family Medicine education.
* Licensed or eligible for licensure to practice medicine in the state of Alabama
* Currently practicing medicine
* Medical Doctor or Doctor of Osteopathy degree
