Serve a diverse patient population with a variety of general endocrine conditions
Emphasis on team-based care, focusing on diabetes prevention and management
100% outpatient setting with no hospital call

Qualifications:
Board-certified or board-eligible in Endocrinology
Eligible to practice medicine in the state of Connecticut
