• Monday through Friday, 8am - 4:30pm shifts
• Productivity requirement of 25 units per week
• Home health setting
• Required 1 year home health experience
• Required OASIS documentation experience
• Wound care and lymphedema management experience preferred
• Experience with neuro and ortho cases preferred

Per week (based on a 40-hour week). Includes estimated taxable wages of $23.00 - $40.00 per hour and estimated tax-free reimbursements for meals, incidentals, and housing of $900 - $1,400 per week based on GSA guidelines (subject to eligibility, location, and seasonal adjustment).
