Phone Call: Minimal approx. 2 weekends/year and 1 weeknight every 2 months

Position Overview
An innovative and collaborative primary care team in Connecticut is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine or Med-Peds physician to provide office-based outpatient care for patients of all ages. Practice Details
Setting: 100% outpatient, office-based
Schedule: Weekdays only, no weekends
Teaching: Optional with academic appointment available
Support: Access to care managers, behavioral health, social workers, and robust clinical staff
EMR: EPIC with Dragon dictation and patient self-scheduling

Ideal Candidate
BC/BE in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Pediatrics (Med-Peds preferred)
Eligible for or holds an unrestricted Connecticut medical license
