Position Highlights:
Join a well-established team of 3 Urologists and 3 Advanced Practice Clinicians
Practice at a 180-bed primary hospital with Level III Trauma Center
Strong referral base from 100+ primary care clinicians
Full support staff, including surgical residents and medical student interaction
First inpatient call covered by APCs
State-of-the-art ORs, including one dedicated to the Xi Da Vinci Surgical System
Compensation & Incentives:
Base salary range: $515,000-$619,000 (with significant incentive potential)
Incentive plan with no earnings cap--additional upside possible in the first year
Sign-on bonus: Up to $200,000
Residency stipend: Up to $60,000 (available up to 18 months before graduation, subject to immigration eligibility)
Group-employed model
Visa sponsorship available: J-1 and H-1B candidates welcome
Qualifications:
MD, DO, or MBBS
Board Eligible or Board Certified in Urology
Active or eligible New York State medical license
BLS and DEA certification required
