**Assignment Details**
- Duration: ASAP to Ongoing
- Coverage Type: Call Only
- Schedule: 24-hour beeper call with inpatient rounding on assigned and unassigned patients

**Clinical Details:**
- Inpatient Level II nursery
- Up to 6 patients per shift
- Average rounding time: 2 to 4 hours
- Call volume: up to 7 calls per 24 hours
- Callback frequency: 2 to 4 per shift
- Admissions required
- EMR: McKesson Paragon
- Support staff: 2 RNs

**Requirements:**
- Board eligible in Neonatology
- Active NC license
- BLS certification
- Required ICU and ventilation management experience
- Clean history

**Skills Needed:**
- Level II NICU care
- Invasive and non-invasive ventilation
- Chest tube insertion
- Central and arterial line placement
- Lumbar puncture, paracentesis, thoracentesis
- Evaluation of acute volume and blood pressure issues

**Compensation**
- Rates: Facility is accepting bids
