- In-house call model with full nursing and APP support
- Hospital-based OB/GYN with mix of inpatient and outpatient setting
- Temporary privileges available with expedited 10-day credentialing

**Duration**: September 15, 2025 - Ongoing
**Coverage Type**: Call Only
**Schedule**: In-house call, 1:2 rotation, 30-minute response time

**Clinical Details:**
- 7-bed OB/GYN department
- 5 patients per shift, 3 seen directly, 2 admissions
- Phone consults: approx. 5 per shift
- EMR: MediTech
- Facility staffed with 19 RNs, 3 MAs, 3 PA/NPs, 3 office staff

**Requirements:**
- Board Certified or Eligible in OBGYN
- Active KY license
- ACLS, BLS, PALS
- Clean history

**Skills Needed:**
- Full-scope OB including high and low-risk pregnancies
- FHR interpretation (NST, CST, FSE)
- OB ultrasounds (Level I and II)
- Amniocentesis
- Vaginal and complicated deliveries (C-section, breech, multiple births, abruptions)
- Repair of 3rd and 4th degree lacerations
- Office GYN (IUD, colposcopy, cystoscopy, cryosurgery, LEEP)
- Surgical GYN (open, laparoscopic, and operative/major procedures)
- Supervision of advanced practice providers required
