**Assignment Details**
- Start Date: September 15, 2025
- End Date: Ongoing
- Coverage Type: Call Only
- Schedule: 24-hour beeper call, 1:2 rotation
- Current urgent need: Sept 28 (7am) – Oct 3 (7am)
- Setting: Inpatient + Outpatient
- EMR: MediTech
- Privileges: Required (temporary privileges available)
- Estimated Credentialing: 10 days
- Patient Volumes: ~5 patients per shift
- Department: 7 beds
- Trauma Level: I
- Support Staff: 19 RNs, 3 MAs, 3 APPs, 3 office staff

**Requirements**
- Board Certified or Eligible in OB/GYN
- Active Kentucky license
- ACLS, BLS, PALS
- Clean file for privileging

**Clinical Details**
- Obstetrics:
- Low- and high-risk pregnancy care
- FHR interpretation (NST, CST, FSE)
- OB ultrasounds (Level I & II)
- Amniocentesis
- Vaginal and forceps delivery
- C-section decision-making and performance
- Complicated deliveries (breech, multiple births, abruptions)
- Repair of 3rd & 4th degree lacerations
- Gynecology:
- Office/minor procedures: IUD, cystoscopy, colposcopy, cryosurgery, LEEP
- Surgical GYN:
- Open
- Laparoscopic diagnostic/minor (tubal ligation, LOA, chromal tubation)
- Operative/major (ectopic, oophorectomy, cystectomy, LOA)

**Compensation**
- Rates: Facility is accepting bids
