A large, well-established healthcare network in Southern Arizona is seeking Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physicians to join its growing team in Tucson. We are hiring for both outpatient primary care positions and a Core Faculty role within the Family Medicine Residency Program. This is a full-time, hospital-employed opportunity in a vibrant and supportive clinical environment.
Position Highlights:
* Outpatient-only primary care - no hospital rounding required
* Full-time, hospital-employed position
* Join a busy multi-specialty group with access to 50+ employed specialists
* One dedicated clinic location - no travel between sites
* High patient volume and strong referral base
* Physician marketing and outreach support provided
* For faculty applicants: opportunity to teach and mentor residents
* Modern office space available and move-in ready
* Must be board-certified or board-eligible and U.S. residency-trained
* Open to new graduates
**Compensation & Benefits:**
* Competitive base salary with bonus incentives
* Relocation assistance and commencement bonus
* Medical loan repayment allowance
* Residency stipend for qualifying candidates
* Full malpractice coverage
