- Call coverage 7am - 7am for extended period
- High-volume program with 300 - 400 heart surgeries annually
- 200 CABGs per year with high TAVR volume
- Full cardiothoracic surgery scope except arch work
- CABG, TAVR, and thoracic procedures required
- Leave coverage assignment
- We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
- We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
- We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
- Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
