• Monday - Friday schedule with 4-day work week option
• Serve adult patients aged 18+ at a leading FQHC
• Comprehensive services including lab, behavioral health, and dermatology
• Strong mid-level support with no residents to supervise
• Spanish language skills a plus
• Board-certified internal medicine or family medicine required
• Three positions available across multiple locations
• One late evening shift required per week
