- 4x10 hour shifts per week with Wednesday or Thursday off
- 28 patients per day per 10 hour shift
- Chronic care management for diabetes, kidney disease, hypertension
- Adult and geriatric patient population ages 18+
- Heart disease and thyroid disorder management required
- BLS certification required
