• MD or DO in internal medicine, family medicine, geriatrics, or similar specialty required
• A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience required; 5 years preferred
• Candidate must have multi-site leadership experience
• Strongly prefer 2 years of previous experience as medical director or equivalent
• Monday through Friday 7:30 am - 5 pm work schedule
