46-bed inpatient rehab facility specializing in bariatric, pulmonary, neurological, stroke, orthopedic, and spinal cord rehab.
Flexible, full-time 5 day/week schedule.
Conduct consultation visits on high complexity acute rehab patients.
Diagnose patient conditions and implement appropriate treatment and care plans.
Collaborate with APCs to deliver high quality rehabilitation care.
Build and maintain productive, mutually beneficial relationships with our patients and facility partners.
