-Provide comprehensive care to geriatric patients, both in-clinic and in affiliated nursing homes.
-Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team focused on improving quality of life for aging adults.
-Monday-Friday schedule with no weekend or holiday requirements.

**Requirements:**
-Must be Licensed PA or NP in North Carolina (or eligible)
-Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in geriatrics or nursing home/long-term care settings.
-Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and a patient-centered approach.
