Job Description

Position Name: Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist

 

Available Shifts:

·         Days (Rotating Weekends)

Our services include open-heart surgery and a wide range of specialties. We give advanced care to critically ill patients. We offer emergency services at our main emergency room (ER). Job Summary and Qualifications

The Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist, as part of the procedure team, provides technical services and support to diagnostic and interventional cardiology, structural heart, peripheral vascular, and interventional radiology procedures for the Cardiac Cath Lab adult patients.

 

What qualifications you will need:

·       1 year of recent acute care Cardiac Cath Lab Tech experience required

  Advanced Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date

·         Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date

·         Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist (RCES), or Certified Vascular Interventional Radiology, or Cardiovascular Technologist (CV Tech), or Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist, or Registered Vascular Technician (RVT) or Registered Vascular Lab Technologist (RVT) must be obtained within 1 year of employment start date

·         Associate Degree in Cardiovascular Technology or Radiology Technology required
