Locums: Family Practice outpatient 3 days a week near Sherman Oaks, CA

Seeking a Family Practice for locum coverage starting ASAP ongoing for at least 90 days near Sherman Oaks. 

• BC/BE Family Practice 
• 3 days a week, 8a-5p on Tuesdays and Wednesdays and Friday afternoons 1p-5p
• NO Call
• Typically see approx. 18-22 ppd
• 100% outpatient
• Will see all ages
• Must be willing to administer vaccines 
• Starting asap ongoing for at least 90 days
• Spanish speaking preferred 
• Seeking candidates with at least 2 years outpatient experience
• Rate: 140-150/hr, malpractice and mileage covered
