* Flexible schedule: 4, 10 hour days (8 hours seeing patients/2 hours for charts) or 5, 8 hour days (Monday - Friday)

**Compensation & Benefits:**

* Year one: Base salary of $300,000
* Eligible to participate in Production Incentive
* Year two: value-based incentives up to10%
* $50.20/wRVU in excess of 6,000 Annual Productive Bonus
* Signing Bonus: $60k
* Relocation Assistance: Up to $15k
* 4 year service commitment specifically tied to the sign on bonus and relocation
* CME Allowance: $5k annual
* Locations qualify for state & federal student loan repayment
