- Weekend call coverage -- Friday 7am to Monday 7am
- Patient mix: 70% pediatric, 15% adolescent, 15% newborn patients
- PICU setting with resident support for initial trauma response
- 30-minute response time requirement for trauma cases
- Required skills include central lines, chest tubes, and thoracentesis
- Experience with ECMO cases preferred
- Board certified pediatric surgeon required
- Weekend coverage needed for ongoing schedule
- We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
- We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
- We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
- Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
