Take your CAA skills to the next level as a CAA at Cleveland Clinic in Stuart, Florida. Be a part of our collaborative anesthesiology team working full-time at three hospitals, a surgery center, and a GI Center with combined patient volumes of approximately 25,000. Experience a broad range of procedures: cardiac (optional), general, orthopedics, thoracic, neurology, vascular, ENT, healthy pediatrics, podiatry and urology. No trauma or neonates. Maintain a healthy work-life balance with flexible scheduling options.

- Base salary: $235,000 to $255,000 (based on experience)
- $100k sign-on bonus plus annual retention bonus
- Extra shift premiums and monthly call bonuses with additional call shift stipends (shifts are 7am-7pm)
- Flexible scheduling options, including a 1 week on / 1 week off model
- Only one required holiday call per year for full-time providers
