• Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm schedule with no call responsibilities
• Outpatient-only practice focused on comprehensive family care
• Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) qualifying opportunity
• Two dedicated medical assistants per provider
• Manageable daily patient volume of 20 - 22 patients
• Board-certified or board-eligible physicians welcome
• Must be comfortable treating patients ages 2 and older
