Seeking a primary care NP/PA to join our team.

* Flexible full-time 3.5-5 day/week schedule
* Post-acute care inpatient setting
* On-call during the day Monday through Friday
* New or experienced clinicians
* FNP, CNP, AGNP, APRN, or PA
* Active New Mexico NP/PA license
* Active DEA preferred but not required

**Duties**

* Deliver comprehensive primary care
* Manage acute and chronic conditions
* Develop personalized care plans
* Integrate and work closely with the IDT
* Partner and work collaboratively with physician

**Compensation & Benefits**

* Expected compensation is estimated salary range of $85,000 to $105,000 annually with no cap on productivity income potential with full benefits.
