**Assignment Details**

- Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours + Call
- Schedule:
- Clinic: 8a-5p
- Call: Beeper, 1:4 rotation, 15-minute response time
- EMR: Cerner

**Clinical Details**
- Setting: Inpatient and outpatient
- Clinic patients: 14-16/day
- Admissions: Yes
- Privileges required
- Trauma Level: 2
- Support: 3 MAs, 3 PA/NPs, 5 office staff
- Rounding on assigned patients

**Requirements**
- Board certified or board eligible in Otolaryngology
- BLS certification
- Comfortable with trauma call and both adult and pediatric cases
- Clean history

**Skills Needed**
- General Otolaryngology (surgical)
- Endoscopic sinus and septal procedures
- Laryngoscopy
- Tracheotomy and thyroidectomy
- General head and neck surgery
- Preferred: rhinoplasty, facial surgery, extended parotidectomy, complex head and neck cases
