Job Description
**Full-time BE/BC Otolaryngologist (ENT)**
Position: Full-time BE/BC Otolaryngologist (ENT)
FTE: 1.0 | Patient Contact Hours: 35 per week
Location: 50/50 split between Manitowoc and Sheboygan, WI
Clinic Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (flexible start/finish times)
Call: No greater than 1:3
Practice Type: Currently a solo practice with room for growth alongside an APC
Support:
o Team of clinical staff supports a high-volume practice
o Two audiologists support ENT and manage their own practice
o Collaborative care model
Practice Highlights:
o Opportunity to take over a busy, well-established practice

o Surgeries are performed at a local hospital facility in Manitowoc
