**Orthopedic Hand Surgery opening in southeast Missouri**
* Located in ***Cape Girardeau, MO*** - 115 miles from St. Louis
* Full-time, permanent opening
* Hospital-employed
* Level III Trauma Center
* Joining a thriving Advanced Orthopedic Specialists Team with 6 experienced General Surgeons, 2 Ortho Trauma Surgeons and 7 APPs
* Walk into an established patient panel on day 1
* Wonderful support staff and administration
* General Ortho available if desired
* Minimal call requirements that allow for great work/life balance.
* Competitive compensation and benefits!
* Team-based compensation model you re on equal footing with partners from day one
* $750k base or greater of productivity in the first two years (with RVU compensation model after that)
* $100k commencement bonus or a Monthly Stipend option for Residents
* 10% quality bonus + APP Stipend

* Relocation Allowance up to $15k
