Seeking a Cardiology NP/PA for weekday rounding at our skilled nursing facility.

* You will be responsible for cardiology consults for adults in skilled nursing facilities Monday through Friday
* Customize your own schedule to create your ideal work/life balance and unmatched flexibility
* No night call/no weekend call
* Well-developed infrastructure with extensive back-office support
* Current NY NP/PA license and DEA
* 2 years of cardiology or post-acute care experience
* Additional cardiology training will be provided

**Compensation & Benefits**

* Expected annual compensation of of $140,068 to $160,000 with no cap on productivity income potential.
* Uncapped monthly bonuses
