You’ll work shoulder-to-shoulder with physicians and mental health professionals to ensure continuity, dignity, and progress in every patient’s treatment plan.

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct daily medical rounds—get to know your patients, not just their charts

• Perform history & physicals (H&Ps) for new admissions

• Manage ongoing care and adjust treatment plans as needed

• Collaborate across a strong clinical team that values your input

• Keep documentation clean, consistent, and patient-centered

What You Bring:

• Licensed (or license-eligible) Nurse Practitioner in Massachusetts 

• Background in internal medicine or primary care is a strong plus

• Confident clinical judgment + clear documentation
