- 7 on/7 off schedule -- 7p-7a nocturnist shifts
- 3 - 4 admissions and 2 - 3 discharges daily -- 10 - 12 patients per hour
- Hospitalist role -- inpatient rounding and admissions
- Ongoing coverage with minimum 3-month commitment
